| Cancellation Policy |
You may cancel the event with full refund anytime prior to the Registration deadline. There are no Refunds after the registration deadline. However if you Cancel before Thursday of the event I will gladly transfer your fee to another DFW local event in the future. If you cancel after Thursday prior to the event or “no show” your entry fee will not be refunded. |
| Cash/Check Payments | To register for the event and pay by check contact me (Jim Stockman) via email prior to the registration deadline at jstockman@theaagt.com at which point I will email you back a PayPal invoice along with instructions on how to pay through your bank account. To pay with cash you will need to make a $105.00 deposit that will be held until the end of the 2009 season. Then you will be able to pay for each event with cash at the event. To register for the event since the site will not allow registration without credit card payment, simply contact me prior to the registration deadline via email or call me directly at 239-593-3485 and I will register you manually. Late registration: contact me directly and if there is room available I will squeeze you in.
